Ayanea Mason Bio

Ayanea Mason

Ayanea is a proud mother of four and a woman whose life has been guided by resilience, determination, and compassion for others. Her journey has taught her the importance of listening, understanding, and making the people around her feel valued and supported.

Her career has always been centered on service. Before moving to Georgia three years ago, she worked as a drug and alcohol counselor. Although she did not personally experience addiction, she understood people their need for dignity, encouragement, and a voice when they feel unheard. That perspective shaped her commitment to be a steady source of support for others.

With more than 15 years of experience in childcare, Ayanea has always dedicated herself to helping children grow in safe and nurturing environments. After moving to Georgia, she discovered her true calling in education. Today, she serves as a paraprofessional in Special Education, working in SID/PID classrooms, where she advocates for students who cannot always advocate for themselves. This role has strengthened her belief that true leadership means meeting people where they are and standing up for their needs.

At the same time, she returned to school to complete her bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with plans to pursue a master’s degree in Special Education. She is also the founder of Genuine Heart Advocacy Solutions, an organization built on empowerment, compassion, and community support.

Known at Radloff Middle School as a Lighthouse Keeper, Ayanea wants to bring that same steady light to Dacula shining with a genuine heart and a real voice for the community.
